If you are interested in being a vendor for hot lunches in one of the two kitchens, here is some additional information for you:
Kitchen rentals are available for commercial use but will be prioritized for Community Fundraising. There are two kitchens: F.O. Hall (downstairs kitchen only), and Athletic Hall (upstairs kitchen).
Kitchen reservations are $50.00 per kitchen.
Registration opens September 3rd, 2019.
The $50.00 non-refundable fee must be paid in advance by October 1st.
Details regarding payment methods will be provided with your registration confirmation. (late registrants please contact Sheila to make arrangements).

Vendors may set up on Friday evening between 3:00pm - 7:00pm or on Saturday between 8:00am - 9:00am. Doors are open to the public starting at 10:00am.
Garbage must be placed in bins provided by the Rec Association outside the new fire hall. Recycling must be brought to the Transfer Station at 2nd St & Kaleva Rd (Open: Tues 10am-1pm Wed 6pm-8pm, Sat 10am-2pm).
Please aim to have the kitchen cleaned and vacated by 5:00pm Saturday.
