If you are interested in being a vendor for arts, crafts, goods etc., here's some information for you:

  1. Items must be hand-made, home-made, self-designed, or locally produced. 
  2. Table reservations are $40.00 for one 6' x 2.5' table which we provide. Chairs are provided.
  3. The number of spots available are limited therefore table reservations are on a first come, first serve basis.  Registration opens September 3rd, 2019.
  4. The $40.00 non-refundable table fee must be paid in advance by October 1st
  5. Details regarding payment methods will be provided with your registration confirmation. (late registrants please contact Sheila to make arrangements).
  6. Fill in the adjacent registration form, or call Sheila Roote 250-973-6390 between 9:00am & 9:00pm. In the comments section indicate any specific requirements you have such as electrical outlet.
  7. Vendors may set up on Friday evening between 3:00pm - 7:00pm or on Saturday between 8:00am - 9:00am. Doors are open to the public starting at 10:00am.
  8. Out of respect to the other Vendors, please do not pack up before 3:30pm which gives you plenty of time to catch the 4:30pm ferry leaving for Port McNeill.
  9. Please aim to have your spot packed-up by 5:00pm.
